Privacy Policy

Your document data

The invoice, receipt and quote generators and the margin calculator run entirely on your device, in your web browser. Everything you type — business names, client names, addresses, prices, notes — is processed locally by the page's own code.

• Your entries are never uploaded to any server.
• Your documents are not saved anywhere: we never write document contents — items, clients, prices, notes — to cookies, local storage or any other persistent storage. If you close or refresh the tab, your document is gone — please print or save your PDF first.
• One opt-in exception: each generator has an unticked-by-default option, "Save my business details on this device". If — and only if — you tick it, your own business name, address and contact line are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so the form can fill them in on your next visit. This is never uploaded, sent or shared, and you can erase it instantly with the "Clear saved details" button beside the tick box. Client details and document contents are never included in this.
• Because your data never reaches us, there is nothing for us to sell, share, lose or hand over.

Accounts and contact details

There are no user accounts on this site, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords for visitors. If you contact us through WhatsApp (see the contact page), your message is handled inside WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy; we will only use it to reply to you.

Website hosting logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested (such as the page address, time, browser type and IP address) for security and reliability. These logs are about the website's operation — they do not contain the contents of documents you create, because those contents never leave your device.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site works ever changes — for example, if we one day add an optional feature that does involve a server — this page will be updated first and the change described plainly here. The promise that the current generators keep your data on your device will not change silently.
